Camogie

U14’s:

Our first U14 match this season was a challenge game away to Killeagh on Sunday afternoon March 15th. While we had mixed weather conditions, sunny but cold, it was good to get back playing on grass. The girls fought a great match, with the ball moving up and down the pitch at speed giving every girl an opportunity to showcase their skills and much improved aerobic ability that the girls have worked hard on over the winter months. We lost the game by 2 points but it was a good game and we are very proud of the girls who are showing their usual determination and perseverance as we start a busy season heading into the U14 league in the coming weeks. The girls play Watergrasshill in their next challenge game at home in Park South on Tuesday morning at 10am - all support appreciated!

U14’s/U15’s:

Well done to our u14/u15 girls who ran in the last of the Cloyne 4k series this morning. The girls have improved their times with each race and we are very proud of them for their dedication to training over the winter months. Well done girls.
