U18 league Glenville 0-09 - Fermoy 1-07Our U18s got their league campaign off the ground last Sunday morning with an away fixture to Fermoy. The match was played on Fermoy’s second pitch which was extremely narrow and given the recent weather it was quite heavy. The Fermoy lads were much quicker out of the blocks, scoring four unanswered points inside the first quarter before a well worked point from Adam Hennessy got us off the mark. Juniors Start League With WinOur Junior hurlers took on Youghal in the opening match of the Division 2 hurling league last Thursday evening. With a new management team of Chris Cotter, Daithi Whelan, Mark Spillane, Ian Barry and Will Daly we are oping to build on the progress seen in the last couple of years.
