Juvenile

Fé15

All action for the next week for the lads as we have two hurling county finals and a county semi final in football coming up.

On Saturday the 22nd next all roads lead to the 3G in Bishopstown for a 3:30 throw in. The lads will be facing a classy and no doubt highly motivated Ballincollig outfit in the P1 county final. The lads have had a good year although there was a couple of disappointments but to be in a county final going in as champions is a great effort by the lads. Everyone involved in the squad knows that a mammoth task awaits them but we have every chance of a win once the effort and skill shown during the year can be replicated.

Then on Sunday a complete different 15 will don the black and white to take on Sarsfields at the same location for the division 4 county final. Great to have the whole panel involved in the ultimate stage of their championship. Throw in at 3:30.

Then on Tuesday next at 7:30pm we will be facing an ever improving Youghal team in the P2 football semi final. This is on in Park South but nothing only a performance of the year so far will do in what will be a tremendous challenge.

Hopefully as many supporters as possible will make it to these mouth watering ties and give the lads the encouragement they deserve.

Best of luck to all the lads in these upcoming games.

We had one match during the week where we well beaten by a very strong Sars team in the Fe16 division 5 league semi final. Lads never got going against a physically stronger outfit but they definitely learned loads from playing plenty matches at a higher level.
