2-Day Glenville GAA Mini Camp Returns

Glenville GAA is all set to host another fun-filled 2-Day Mini Camp this summer for boys and girls aged 5–13.

The camp will take place on Wednesday, August 21st, and Thursday, August 22nd at Glenville GAA Grounds, with top-class coaching in football, hurling, camogie, and ladies football.

Cost is €30 for one child, €50 for two children, and €50 for three children from the same family.

This promises to be two fantastic days of sport, games, and skills in a fun and welcoming environment.

U16 Footballers Make it Two from Two in Championship

Glenville’s U16 Division 1 footballers continued their impressive start to the championship campaign with a strong win over St Nicks on Tuesday evening in the Glen Field.

Buoyed by their opening round victory, the team hit the ground running and quickly established control of the game. Their work rate, passing, and finishing were excellent throughout, with the defence standing firm to limit the visitors’ scoring chances.

By half-time, Glenville had built a comfortable lead, and they pushed on after the break to seal an emphatic victory. The result makes it two wins from two in the group stages and leaves the side in a great position heading into the next round.

Glenville 5-9
St Nicks 0-7

Well done to all the players and management team for another fine performance.

U11 Footballers in Action

Our U11 footballers played Killavullen on Friday evening in Glenville. It was a fantastic effort from all the lads, who gave it their all from start to finish.
A big thank you to Liam Sheehan for refereeing the game and to all the parents for coming out to support the team — it’s greatly appreciated!
