Killeagh Notes (13th Jul)

  • Two teams to be selected each week, 1 team from the Premier Senior Championship and 1 team from the Senior A championship. 
  • To progress in the competition each week, both your teams must win. If either of your teams loses or draws, you are out of the competition. 
  • You can only select any team once
  • In the event of a match being cancelled or postponed, your team will be considered to have won, but you will no longer be able to select that team again. 
  • The number of entrants not eliminated after Week 6 will determine the need for Phase Two of the competition in the Championship knockout rounds. Details will follow if required. 
  • There are two methods of entering the competition. You can enter manually by circling your 12 team selections on the form attached for the full 6 weeks and submitting your form and payment to Len O’Regan, Jimmy Murphy or Grainne O’Connor. Alternatively, submit your 2 teams each week by TEXT MESSAGE to 089-4420400 with your entry name and two selections. 
  • Selections to be received no later than 9PM every Thursday evening. 
  • You will receive a text message the following week if you are successful. If you don’t receive a text, you have been eliminated from the competition. 
  • Entry fee for the competition is €10. This is payable via Sumup. Please ensure entry name is included when paying by either method. Payment must be made by 9PM Thursday 24th July. 
  • The decision of the Organisation Committee shall be final on all matters. The Organisation Committee reserve the right to amend the rules for the proper conduct of the competition
