Primary Games Star
Everyone involved with Watergrasshill GAA and Glenville NS were so proud of our own Robbie O'Leary when he lined out for the Cork Primary Games team facing Waterford in Walsh Park on Sunday 21st of April, Number 4 in the attached photo.
A great honour for Robbie and his family. By all reports, Robbie had an amazing day and although the senior result didn’t go our way, we’re sure Robbie and the Primary Games team kept the Cork flag flying. This appearance was a super honour for Robbie and his family, given Robbie is such a skillful and modest young lad. We are all delighted for him and so proud of his achievement. Congratulations Robbie and hopefully there will be more appearance in Red and White in the years to come.
Lotto
There was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot this week. Numbers drawn were 8,17,20 & 27. Lucky dip winners, who each receive €30 each are Oliver Manley, Eileen Lane, Ciarán Moroney & Eilish O’Neill. Congrats to you all. Next week's jackpot is €11,550 and draw will take place on 29th April in The Hut Bar.
Tickets are on sale in some of the village businesses like The Hut Bar, Johnny's Shop and our Lotto stand in Ross's Centra. Tickets can also be purchased on-line via our club website (www.watergrasshillgaa.ie). The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members and supporters of the Watergrasshill GAA Club Lotto. The Club Lotto is a vital source of income for the running of all our teams within the Club and for future development of our facilities, so we ask you to please support it if you are in a position to do so. Remember, if you’re not in you can’t win.
