Club Foundation Level Coaching Course
Congratulations to all our members who completed their foundation level coaching course last Saturday at Club Áras.
This was organised by our coaching committee, who are putting in a massive effort to continuously improve levels of coaching across all our Gaelic Games codes.
If you are interested in doing a course, please get in contact with our coaching officer Brendan Ring, who will be delighted to put your name forward for our future course days.

Youghal Musical Society
Youghal GAA are delighted to again host the wonderful Youghal Musical Society and their much anticipated production this year of "The King and I" at Club Áras from Tuesday 7th to Friday 10th May, nightly at 8pm.
Tickets are €15 and available from Crees Card Shop, North Main Street, Youghal (024 93899).

Martin Hallinan
We at CLG Eochaill were saddened to learn of the passing of one of our great supporters, Martin Hallinan, who passed away recently.
Martin, a true Gael, would travel the length and breadth of Ireland to watch a hurling or a football match, cheering on Youghal, Cork or his beloved native Sligo, and usually with his dear friend, Liam O'Laochdha.
In 2013 Martin even made the trip to Ruislip to cheer on the Youghal boys in the All Ireland Club Championship, one of our club's most famous days.
While he never forgot his native Sligo roots, Martin was always very proud to be a Youghal man. And he was ever so proud to see his great neighbour and friend Bill Cooper, line out with the Cork Hurlers over the last decade.
A fantastic servant to the Youghal community as a town, and County Councillor for many years, we hope that your service is rewarded in heaven as you are reunited with your beloved Eileen.
We extend our sincere condolences to Martin's sister Anne, his brother Richard, and their extended families.

Pobalscoil Na Tríonóide U17 Footballers
Congratulations to the Pobalscoil Na Tríonóide Under 17 Footballers who defeated North Mon in the Munster final recently in a windy Bishopstown.
It finished Pobalscoil 1-10 North Mon 1-6
Well done to the strong Youghal contingent on the panel, coached by our own Damien Kiely.
Cork East Celtic Challenge
Result was Antrim 0-10; Cork East 6-19
