A Fundraising Table Quiz is being held by the Club on this Thursday night March 31st in the Rathcormac Inn. This is part of ongoing fundraising for the Major Development work which we are undertaking at Present.

The Phase 1 Project has now been completed and has come in for much favourable comment from our own members and from visitors alike. Development of any kind costs money and we hope to have good support for the Table Quiz on Thursday night.

Teams of 4 cost €40 and the Quiz is open to all from the Parish and from Clubs and individuals outside as well. There will be team prizes for first and second teams and plenty spot prizes as well. Starting time is 8.30 and the Questions won't be too hard!

JUNIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP. We face Carrigtwohill in the East Cork Junior A Grade Football Championship on Saturday coming April 2n. We lost our preliminary Round to Dungourney after extra time and now face a difficult task with Carrig.

We defeated them in a League tie a few weeks back but that result will count for little on Saturday. As it stands the game is fixed for Watergrasshill at 5pm but the time may be changed back to 6 or 6.30. Best of luck lads.

Because of the football game the SHL game v Glen Rovers down for Monday April 4th has been deferred. Our next game is away to Midleton on Wed April 6th.

From a Famine to a Feast they say! - we had no game last weekend but have a busy schedule of Minor games coming up as follows; Thursday March 31st Minor Hurling away to St. Catherines. Sunday April 3rd Minor Hurling away to Blackrock. Monday April 4th Minor Football home to Cloyne. Any changes will be notified to players.
