It was a quite week on the playing side this week, with the U21 football game moved to Tue night see the web site for the report of this.

If Aghada get the better of Midleton, last years B county champions Erins Own are waiting in the final which is fixed for the 9th April.

Next Sat 2nd April Aghada meet neighbours Ballinacurra in the opening round of the Junior Football championship in Lisgoold with a 4-00 pm start with Brian Murphy as the whistler. Ballinacurra are operating in Div 1 while Aghada are in Div 2. the village have yet to register a win after four games. On the other hand Aghada have two points from 2 games.
