Under 14 Hurling - Eochaill v Millstreet Wednesday 14th of July.
After the under 14's came through as the East Cork Winners against Castlelyons back in Aghada they were due to play again on
Saturday 10th of July in the in the Semi final but this was called out due to weather conditions. This was re-scheduled again for
Wednesday last the 14th of July. They were narrowly defeated by Millstreet and well done to the Team Manager Tommy O'Connell,
his selectors, mentors and trainers and to all the PLAYERS who put in so much hard work and training. We'll see you again back
up there. I would also like to mention that some of the lads have also helped out with Blitz's we have been holding and also
gave me a hand out getting ready for the book and cake sale recently. A Full Match Report will follow on this.

U16 FOOTBALL B LEAGUE VS BRIDE ROVERS

Youghal 2-18
Bride Rovers 0-1
On Sunday 18th July the under 16 footballers took on Bride Rovers in Round 4 of the East Cork League. This was the lads first game back after the break for the exams. From the start the lads took control of the game with David Twomey and Ben Mitchell fielding great ball in the middle of the field. Up front Dean Malone, Stephen Sheehan, and Aaron Hogan took their scores well. As the game progressed it turned out to be a mismatch with Youghal running out easy winners. Next up to play is Lisgoold.
