Remember back along to October, we told you about two Killeagh men who won the All-Britain Hurling Championship. Well, the same two men will represent the Black and Gold striped Fullen Gaels (and I am sure a bit of green and white of Killeagh underneath) on the weekend of January 8/9 when they enter the All Ireland Junior Hurling Championship Quarter Final as they face Craobh Rua of Armagh.

We wish both Captain Kevin Fennelly & teammate Darren Cusack in the All-Ireland series. Go all the way lads!

The 2022 draw is now open to purchase tickets if you wish to, maybe even as a late Christmas present! 360 prizes will be given out over 12 draws to be given including a first prize of €100,000 in December!

If you enter the Rebels Bounty Draw with Killeagh before January 16th, you will be entered into a free draw for a pair of All Ireland Senior Football & Hurling Final tickets for 2022! So, purchase your tickets early!

Check out Rebels Bounty online to purchase your ticket and support the Killeagh GAA club or contact Dave Barry on 087-8123352 or any committee member.

Thank you once again for your support.

We ask all teams, mentors & club members to respect this decision as we prepare our pitches for the 2022 season.

Our walking facility will remain open for all members of our club and the community during the Christmas season.

‘Ireland Lights Up’ walking campaign returns on Monday January 10th at Killeagh GAA complex in partnership with the GAA and Operation Transformation to ensure that ‘Ireland Lights Up’ by turning on our floodlights.

All clubs that register will be issued details of how to apply for the once-off Healthy Ireland / Sport Ireland grant (max €1,000 per club) to support the costs of delivering the initiative.

In addition to Ireland Lights Up, the GAA’s Community & Health department will deliver with Irish Life a club ‘Steps Challenge’ hosted on the Irish Life MyLife App. Please note that due to the current restrictions in respect to Covid-19, physical distance should be maintained throughout the walk.
