Killeagh GAA News

16 November, 2009

This week as a club we would like to express our deepest sympathy to two families steeped in the history of our club. To the Galvin family on the loss of their beloved Eddie Galvin who passed away over the weekend, and to the Fitzgibbon family on the loss of Tomas who also passed away over the weekend - may they rest in peace.
Both will be a great loss to their families and to club and community.

A word of thanks to our out-going Chairman Pat McCarthy for his tireless work over the last four years in bringing the club to a new level. Also thanks to Dominic Tattan for his work as treasurer, delighted to see he is staying involved. Thanks to everyone who attended the meeting. It was great to see such a large and enthusiastic group of people involved in our club. Here's to 2010.
