Under 16 Footballers advance to next stage of the Championship

Originally Down for decision last Tuesday Night but due to a walk over our under 16 Footballers are now into the next round of the Championship after Carrigtwohill conceded the game. We will be Kilmurry in the next stage which will be due to take place next week. We will be hoping to get a game fixed during the week as it’s important that we get as much action on the playing field as we face a stern test next week. And speaking about matches it was hearth beak for these lads last week when a last minute injury time goal for Cobh in which was a cracking game of football it might have been a league game but it was played at Championship pace with some really good score from both sides and it was looking like that we were going to come away with a one point win but Cobh had other ideas as the snatched it right at the death.

Well done to our U14s who fought hard against Kilshannig on Friday evening.

Lotto Results

Our Club Lotto Jackpot now stands at a crispy €10000. There was no winner from last week’s draw winning numbers on the night were 5, 7, 8 and 28. Small Cash prize winners were Cormac/ Ciaran Linehan, Tuesday Club, Mossie O’Riordan and Josephine Cahill next week’s draw will be in Kades.
