Juveniles dominate week

It’s been a week totally dominated by the juvenile grade with some exceptional performance from all around.

Rebel OG East under 16 B Football League v Carrig Na Bhfear

Venue Glenville

Glenville 10-10

Carrig Na Bhfear 2-10

Last Tuesday Night our under 16 Panel took on Local Rival Carrig Na Bhfear in the latest round of the football League. There was some lovely football played by Glenville and in the end we were the stronger team and ran out very comfortable winners. With this win we still remain unbeaten in the league having won 5 out of 5 League games.

Minor Non Exam League v Erin’s Own

Venue Glenville

Glenville 6-17

Erin’s own 1-7

Our Minor Team had a very convincing win against a dogged Erin’s own side when this no exam League round one tie was played on Home soil. However despite our convincing win we were short two players on the night so Erin’s own were awarded the points we will play St Vincent’s in the next round of the league next week away.

Rebel Og East under 13 A Football League v Kiltha OG

On a wet and windy Monday night on home soil our under 13 Took on Kiltha OG in round four of the league. Glenville played some lovely attacking football and playing against a strong Gael Force wind in the first half we ran into a 2-4 t 0-00 Lead at the interval. We continued our impressive form in the second half and ran out convincing winners in the end.
