Cloyne GAA Pitch opening

Last weekend was a wonderful day in the history of the Cloyne GAA Club with the official opening of our their new field and complex at River Street. Pairc Cluain Uamha was officially opened by Munster Council Chairman and Cloyne man Jerry O’Sullivan. The building was blessed by PP Father Linehan and a plaque unveiled by Jerry O’Sullivan. Then Cork and Clare senior hurlers took to the field to play a game, which was the centerpiece of the day’s celebrations. Well done to all involved and its great to see such fine facilities in Eat Cork.

Killeagh GAA Pitch opening

Official Opening of our club grounds will take place on Sunday May 8th. The official opening ceremony will be performed by Uachtarán CLG Aogan O' Fearghail at1.00pm. This will be followed by a Red FM SHL fixture between Killeagh and Youghal at 2.00pm. Taking centre stage on the day will be a senior inter-county hurling challenge game between Cork and Limerick scheduled for 3.30pm. We hope to see as many as possible from near and far coming to our grounds to share in what can only be described as a fantastic achievement for our club and its local community
