Talk on Nutrition

On Friday evening Donal Walsh Aghada Juvenile GAA Chairman and Reece Bawden Secretary welcomed Arthur Dunne (Performance Nutritionist) to Rostellan. Arthur gave a very interesting talk to our Minor/U16 Players, Parents and Mentors, on the benefits of nutrition and balanced diet for our health and wellbeing. Prepare physically and mentally to maximise your training effort. Porridge/natural yoghurt/fruit &veg) a must on your shopping list!

St Patricks Day

Why not put on your GREEN/WHITE Gear and support our local Community by getting involved in this year’s St. Patricks Day Parade in Whitegate Village on Thursday March 17th. Meeting 12noon middle road entrance. Bring your Hurley/Football in hand and join in on the fun. Parade Starting Time – 12.30pm.

Club Registration:                                                                                          Please arrange to pay your child’s registration for the 2016 season by contacting Ber O’Shea (Club Registrar 087-2796121) ASAP. “If you don’t pay you can’t play”. Cost - €40 per Child- Family €120 “Be part of our Sporting Community”.

 

Kelloggs Aghada Cul Camp Dates:

You can now book your sons/daughters place for this year’s Kelloggs/Aghada Cul camp @ www.kelloggsculcamp.gaa.ie. Dates 18th July-22nd. Cost 1st Child (€55) - 2nd Child (€45) 3rd/4th children €40. Each Child will receive FREE Kellogg’s GAA gear and Backpack. Coordinators Gill Berry and Vera Terry. Club Booking in May. More Details to Follow:
