Cloyne GAA Notes;

Lotto;

We had no winner of last weeks Lotto draw for a €3000 jackpot or no winner of the €1000 prize for matching 3 numbers plus the bonus.

The winning numbers drawn were 6,8,22,24 bonus 13.

3 people matched 3 numbers and each receives €50.

Next week’s draw for a €3.200 jackpot will take place in Harty’s Bar with tickets available from all local outlets and committee members.

 

Commons 4k Challenge.

254 runners took on race 3 in the 4k challenge last Sunday morning in damp foggy conditions. The race was won by local favorite Sean McGrath in a time of 13.01 while the female winner was Eileen Leahy of Midleton AC in 16.40.

The next race in the series takes place on February 21st at 9.30am.

 

Training;

Training for all adult players continues this week on Tuesday night at 7pm in the old field and on Thursday night at 8pm in the Ball Alleys/Gym.

 

Cork Hurlers;

Congratulations to Paudie O’Sullivan who is included in Kieran Kingston’s 30 man training panel for 2016.We wish him and Diarmuid all the best for the year.

 

Scor Sinsear;

Best of luck to Michael Greaney and his team as they represent us at Scor Sinsear on Sunday 31st January in Lisgoold.

 

Membership;

Membership for 2016 is now due and can be paid to Team managements or any committee member, rates are as follows;

Adult Player €100 plus €100 for Gym membership.

U21 player €50 plus €100 for Gym membership.

U18 player €30 plus €100 for Gym membership.

Ordinary members €30.

OAP’s €10.
