There was no winner of the lotto on Monday the 7th. The numbers were 25, 31, 36. The jackpot now stands at 4,000 euro.
Our Junior A footballers lined out against Cloyne on Sunday evening for ourfirst time in 12 years in an East Cork Football Final. Unfortunately this trophy still eludes our club despite the fact that we opened brightly and managed to stay with Cloyne for a long period in the first half. But goals win games and Cloyne managed to get the opening one which saw us go in 2 points down at half time. Half time score Killeagh 0-5 Cloyne 1-4. In the opening minutes of the second half Cloyne notched up 1-2 to our single point which put us on the back foot for the remainder of the game. Cloyne grew in confidence and scored some valuable long range points, our lads battled bravely but scores were hard to come by and we managed to score only a further three points. A gallant effort by all concerned. We are still in the league finalso don't give up hope. Well done to all. Final score Cloyne 2-11Glenbower Rovers0-9.

Congratulations to Mary O'Connor and the Cork Camogie Team on retaining the O'Duffy Cup for another year.
