I can a sure you yes you are reading the headline correctly the Killer B’s are it again as the Junior B Footballers have now won back to back league titles and have completed a League Double for the Very First time. As you can clearly see it’s been a great weekend for Glenville GAA but the party is just beginning we have a great week in store for ye this Friday night we take a Trip back to 1995 and revisit the success of the Junior A Football panel that won the County Tittle in a celebration night in Kades. This week sees the Glenville under 14 Footballers take on Mallow in the Final of the Padraig Kelleher Memorial on this Tuesday night.

The Glenville Junior B Football Panel That won The Division 3 League Final Beating Rivals Carraig Na Bhfear on Home Soil on a score line of 3-10 to 1-5.

The Glenville junior B footballers also known as the Killer B’s wrapped the season up in style by winning back to back League Titles and have also Completed a League Double for the very First time as they already won the Junior A League Final two Weeks Previous. You know it’s a Junior B match when the following circumstances apply a late Venue Change and treacherous conditions well you could have put your money on it when this was the case when this Year Junior B league Final was changed from

Killeagh to Fouhy Park in the Treacherous Conditions on Sunday Afternoon last. Glenville came into this game as the reigning champions from last year and had their eyes set on back to back League Titles and after a very even first half play against a strong Gael Force Wind it was 1:3 to 1:4 in the opposition favour. Glenville sprung into life in the second half as they outscored their opponents 2-7 to 0-1 over all a great result well done to all a great way to finish off the season.

This Friday Night we take a trip back to 1995 in Celebration of the Junior A success a great night is in store come along and enjoy in the fun.
