Aghada GAA Notes

08 June, 2015

U10 Football Blitz:

On Saturday, Aghada played host to an U10 Monster Football Blitz in Rostellan Pitch.

Over twenty teams played in these games with some great individual skill displayed. Thanks to mentors and parents who helped with car park duties and for the parents of the U10 team who provided the catering for all who attended on the day. A special word of thanks to Shane Supple (E.C.B.) for the efficient way in which he organised this event.

Our U12 Football team played St. Colmans in a thrilling game of football on Friday evening. This game resulted in a draw. St. Colmans 4.08 Aghada 6.02.

Non Exam Games:

Aghada Minor Hurlers have two home matches in the remaining non exam leagues this week. On Tuesday we play St. Finbarrs and Friday we play Cobh. Well done to all players who contributed great skill and team play through-out this competition. Well done to our Minor Football non exam team also who had a very busy schedule over the last few weeks.
