We had no winner of last week’s lotto draw for a jackpot of €4,600,or no winner of the match 3 plus the bonus prize of €1000.

The winning numbers drawn were 10,11,23,28 bonus 25.

3 people matched 3 numbers and each receives €50.

Inter County;

Congratulations to Cork on reaching the final of this years Allianz Hurling League.Paudie O’Sullivan who came on as a sub was instrumental in Cork’s fight back scoring a great goal that kick started the recovery from being 11 points down at one stage.

Cork will play Waterford in the final who had a surprise but fully merited victory over Tipperary in the other semi-final. The game will be played on May 3rd at a venue TBC.

GAA Golf Society;

The GAA golf society had its first outing of the year on Sunday last in Waterock Golf Club. On an excellent day for golf and on a very well prepared course we had 19 golfers taking part with results as follows;

1st Sean Motherway 38pts.

2nd Declan Motherway 37pts.

3rd Dermot O’Shea 35pts.

Best front nine Pa Barry 20pts.

Best back nine Donal O’Shea 18 pts.

The next outing is on Sunday May 17th in Fermoy Golf Club.
