Cloyne GAA Notes.

Lotto;
We had no winner of last week’s lotto draw for a jackpot of €5, 600, congratulations however to Rose McGrath c/o Cloyne Post Office who wins €1000 for matching 3 numbers plus the bonus number.
The winning numbers drawn were 4, 6, 12, 14 bonus 2.
3 people matched 3 numbers and each receives €50.

Next week’s draw for a jackpot of €5,800 will take place in Harty’s Bar with tickets available from all local outlets.

Intermediate Football Championship;
All roads lead to Castlelyons on Wednesday 18th for round 2 of this year’s Intermediate Football championship. Our opposition in this must win game are Kildorrery.The losers of this tie will play Youghal in round 3 while the victors will progress to round 4 of the championship with their Intermediate status intact.
The team have prepared well and would appreciate as much support as possible on the night and we wish them the best of luck in their endeavours.

Dog Night;
The fundraising Night at The Dogs which incorporates a Buster Draw takes place on Friday 27th June in Youghal Greyhound Stadium at 7.50pm.Tickets for the event are €10 which entitles you to entry into the racing as well as a chance to win first prize of €500.
All you have to do to win is match the winning sequence of dogs in the Buster Draw race with the sequence on your ticket.
Tickets are selling fast and are available from committee members, players and from the Post Office.

Intercounty Hurling;
Congratulations to Cork on their great victory over All-Ireland champions Clare last Sunday a victory that sets up a repeat of last year’s Munster Final v Limerick. It was also great to see Paudie O’Sullivan getting a run out and he embellished his performance with a point from his first touch. The Munster Final is fixed for Sunday 13th July in Pairc Ui Chaoimh with ticket information to be announced at a later date.
