Bride Rovers Notes

Bride Rovers GAA Notes.

Ballinhassig gain revenge.

In last years Co SHC we beat Ballinhassig in a replay in Riverstown. The Blues gained a degree in Pairc na Bride on Saturday night last when they defeated us by 5 points in the SHL. Ballinhassig have won this competition in 2007 and 2008 and are going well in this years campaign. They beat us by a margin of 0 13 to 0 8 and once more we were guilty of some woeful shooting which yielded a wides tally well into double figures. This was a terribly disappointing result coming just two weeks before our do or die game against Castlelyons in Ballynoe on Saturday June 6th.

Team; C. O Keeffe, T. Moloney, B. Murphy, A. Collins, J Murphy, B Murphy, S Kearney, P Murphy, M Kearney, S Ryan, J O’Driscoll, D Ryan, D Dooley, T Broderick, S Boyce.

Subs: R Cahill, L Forde, J Pratt.
