Christmas Swim;
The Christmas swim will again take place on Christmas morning with swimmers entering the water at 12.30 pm sharp,monies raised go towards the Senior Citizens Christmas party.
Numbers over the last few years are beginning to dwindle so I would appeal to people to ensure that this tradition doesn’t die especially to the younger generation who may be better suited to the task.

Long Puck/Kick Fada;
The annual long puck competition will take place on St Stephen’s morning with a 10am start with participants asked to meet at the Chapel St field.
This is an important fundraiser for the Juvenile section of the club and like the swim is a part of the tradition of the club.
This year see’s a new competition organised namely a Kick Fada which will take place around the locally named “Commons” course on Sunday 23rd with a 12 noon start time.This competition is open to both boys and girls from 11 to 16 years of age.

The officers and committee of the Cloyne GAA club would like to take this opportunity to wish all it’s players,members and their families a Happy and Holy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
