                A Community in Partnership

All clubs under the auspice of Youghal GAA would like to invite you to an important and special evening for the people and community of Youghal.

We have engaged with Mental Health Ireland and other Services to bring about an Information Evening titled “Your Mental Health Is Your Wealth”. Mr Ted Tierney of Mental Health Ireland will discuss “Managing your own Mental Health in Difficult times… by Building Resilience”. The term resilience in psychology refers to the idea of an individual’s tendency to cope with stress and adversity in life.

We will also highlight many services and information on the evening that will map services for people/families and organisations in the Youghal area and beyond. Our Drug and Alcohol Policy will also be endorsed at the evening to all of the community.

We would like if you could join us in highlighting this important evening.
