The GAA have confirmed non-contact training for our Underage section in our club. So teams from Under 18 and down can train from next Monday. The Return to Play protocols need to be followed.

Well, it’s back to training in Páirc Ó ‘Laoighaire shortly for all our juveniles and by all the reports all evening slots are booked up in both pitches and our adult teams did not start at all yet.

Last Sunday April the 11th was the Golden Jubilee of Fr. Seanie Barry's ordination to the priesthood in 1971. Half a century is a long time and everyone in the Bride Rovers GAA Club and I'm sure the wider area.

So, Government is going to allow training for the younger brigade from April 26th, but we still await what the GAA may or may not do. They are keeping their cards close to their chest.
